Very disappointing experience at JOEY Burrard. This was actually our second negative experience here. On a previous visit, our group was moved around multiple times due to poor reservation coordination during a birthday celebration. Most recently, we booked a 2:00 a.m. reservation through OpenTable, only to be told shortly before arriving that the kitchen was already closing and they could no longer accommodate food service. Food was below average in appearance and taste. Told twice the bourbon I ordered was Not available and I received my 3rd choice in an unclean glass. Waitress was attentive but high strung. Thumping music was loud to the point of obnoxious.
