Woke up feeling like a deflated balloon physically and emotionally. 😔 So I went out for lunch to treat myself a fancy delicious paella at Joey's. It's very flavorful with decent amount of chicken, chorizo and prawns, not overly salty. Texture of rice is just right, and the crispy crunchy rice at the bottom of the pan gives the dish an extra oomph. When I asked for the bill, the server insisted lunch is on him!
