Our food was served to the wrong table. One of the dishes was cooked to the wrong temperature. The recook took 30 minutes for a rare steak. Staff and manager took care of us but it was not a good experience
Poor service at this price point - there are better options to consider from snooty hosts and servers that think they're better than this place.
Slow to be sat, slow to be served. Not attentive Sittong outdoors is unpleasant with all the ambulances and fire trucks. Won't be back. To be fair all Joey's are the same, boring and lack of engagement.
I generally enjoy eating at Joey's but am disappointed at what they offer salad wise. My favourite salad was taken off the menu and also the flatbread was removed. It sometimes becomes boring and I don't feel like eating out. But that's not Joey's issue, it's just that so many restaurants remove such good dishes without clear reasoning.
Our 50 th Anniversary Dinner on our trip from Ontario. Plated steak dinner was very attractive but all food was cold. Sent back and redone made for a 70 minute wait since sitting down. 2 nd dinner round was much improved, although their mashed potatoes are not to my liking. Happy to receive a bill for drinks only!
Waitresses were unfriendly. Eats served to bare minimum, no bread with mushrooms, no veggies with Hot Wings :-(
The food was lovely but service terrible. Tasty crab starter but had only just commenced eating and mains were put in front of us which we declined although pressured to accept. Eventually took mains away and recooked our mains which were again tasty BUT when I finished mine and my wife still eating, my plate was taken and offered to order desserts! At that point asked for manager who was polite and apologetic and didn’t charge us. Never had this service anywhere in the World!
Way too many people for way too few servers resulted in poor service but not the server’s fault.
Good food and service. Why do they have music so loud? It’s a restaurant not a nightclub!
