I suffer from kidney failure and require low sodium food. Very few options to choose from - perhaps only salad. Sad that all your chicken breasts had already been brined with salt so i could not add as a protien . Would it be possible to save a couple of breasts from the brine incase some people need no salt option Otherwise everything was excellent.
