I ordered the house salad with chicken - 27$. What you get is about three tablespoons of salad, two slices of a strawberry, and three tiny pieces of chicken (one turned out to be pure fat) the size of a teaspoon . Seriously? Not coming back. It was actually two house salads with chicken, a glass of wine and a mojito . Tipped just because of habit and really not the waitress fault. Owner and chef - get your stuff together. This is pathetic.
We were sat in the back of the restaurant on a really quiet evening where multiple servers who walked by seemed to be confused who was responsible for us. Another server eventually came over and told us are server was busy but she’d get us started with some drinks. She brought us our drinks and then I didn’t see our actual server for another 20 minutes. I expected more from Joeys as I’ve dined at multiple other locations and never had this issue.
The front desk service was not very friendly we booked a reservation and they would not accommodate our seating wanted to seat us at the bar and we asked not to sit at the bar and they had so many empty seats and she would not allow us to sit there even with my reservation for the lounge bar area
Our server provided a very bad service! We had to keep asking other servers to get her. Awful service, unsual for Joey.
Food was ok, service was brutal. My friends order was wrong so couldn’t eat together. They did credit that at least. I ordered the lobster pasta that had two little flakes of lobster not with it at all and slower than molasses service wise, and had to track down staff… never again
