Went to end of our night for our 1 year anniversary with our favourite dessert, but the service was extremely slow, and order was punched in wrong. Everything took extremely long, even after the order was punched in wrong it took over 23 minutes to receive the correct item. (It was apple pie) - all we ordered was dessert and tea lol
Our experience was a cascade of errors. They screwed up the order for 1 of our party of four and she ended up having to eat by herself as we had already finished. One guest ordered a margarita and asked for a splash of tonic to lighten it up, and when the bill came, she was charged an additional five dollars. I ordered a gin and vermouth martini, and with tax and tip, it came to twenty six dollars. Not a place I would recommend going to.
Service was not good! Waitress missed my meal Altogether. “Mgr” said she practically had to almost cook it her self! Right the waitress barely came to our table for us to let her know that my meal was missed! The bus boy needed to get it straightened out!
I’m at Joey every week, I decided to go to the one at Eaton Centre this time and I was extremely disappointed. Once seated we get brought water that’s just about halfway filled. Our server comes, takes our order, and when I ask about the Mediterranean bowl she starts talking about cactus club and how theirs is so good. I added sushi to our order ab 5 mins later, now if you order an app or sushi with two mains it’s common sense for that dish to be brought first, but she brought out my dad’s poke bowl first then the sushi then... read more
Service was not attentive and the restaurant was not busy at all.
Disappointed in the food. Cheeseburger, fish tacos and fries were very salty. Soft drinks were 90% ice filled. Service was ok and had to ask for cutlery a couple of times before getting them. Overall disappointed for the price of meals.

There was a mixup with the bill where some of the ladies had ordered happy hour meals and they were charged regular price for the meal and drink

The fish tacos were not fresh, breaded fish had a weird taste, abundantly covered with guacamole, fish was cold the same as the fries previously fried. Unpleasant experience.
