Normally my experience at joey is 10 service is always amazing however this occasion was questionable due to the poor service by the server. Wait times between being checked on was slim to none. We had no napkins waited at least 30 min after our starters were finished before we could place our orders for mains. Service was slow, 45 mins and I still didn't get my meal which was a house salad without onion - cucumber and. Club soda. My diding partner had her order delivered and eaten while I waited for a salad. Very disappointed .
Noise level disturbing. Cannot talk to friends easily. Food and service were great.
We come from the US a couple times a year. To learn of the menu changes was a bit saddening. Please bring back the sliders and the yam fries. We also ordered the wings that came out burned but they were remade. I was told to order the Joey burger because it would be similar to the sliders and it was the sloppiest burger I ever encountered. The staff was awesome though. We sat with Nicki and she went above and beyond to provide amazing service.
My friend ordered a burger and a coke. It came in $9 more expensive than the “happy hour” burger and beer. Plus tax and tip. We were there during happy hour. Questioned it with our server and was told it’s correct. Not impressed; won’t be back.
I order the steak and ravioli as usual except this time something must have been wrong with it because I got violently ill throwing up for the rest of the day which was incredibly disappointing for an expensive meal.
When we arrived, we were promptly seated and given menus. No one came to serve us. After 20 minutes, I flagged down a waitress and ordered a glass of wine and a beer. 10 minutes later, she returned with the wine, and told me they were changing the beer keg. We then ordered dinner.
