Super disappointed with our dinner last night. It took forever to get our first round of drinks-we had to ask about them and it still didn’t improve things. We got our ap and asked for more bread- it took until the dinner showed up and 3 different requests to get the bread. Our half eaten ap sat on the table the entire time we were there with the waitress not expressing ANY concern or urgency about it. For the Bianca steak, prawn and ravioli, I think they change the shrimp to a lesser variety, bit of a disappointment.
Food good, small portions, expensive , slow, took 1hr from sitting down until food was brought to the table
We arrived at 6 pm for a 6 pm reservation and we were seated at 6:30. As we had theatre tix it made for a really rushed meal. They couldn’t provide an explanation as to why we weren’t seated. But I think they forgot about us and it wasn’t until we went and complained that they then started the ball rolling to get us seated. We went for a wedding celebration early dinner and the Hostess receiving us was fantastic. She explianed they had reserved a specific table with Wedding decorations and we would receive a complimentary desert after our dinner. The Happy hour had very few dinner options but the drinks were good. The Happy Hour Cheeseburger special big dissapointment as it comes with a small glass of wine costs extra $3 but the Cheeseburger somes without the extra patty and no fries served on a small tiny plate barely fiting the Cheeseburger. ... read more
