Was a bday party and the waitress take too long to bring me the Parmesan cheese. When she came I’ve already finished my pasta
Close to Masesy Hall which was convenient. Nice comfy booth watching the people walk by. However service was poor.
This was my first time at JOEY Eaton. I didn't pick the restaurant and it's not the kind of restaurant I enjoy. It feels very Financial District and the decoration and ambiance is not very welcoming or unique. I found the food subpar and the portions fairly small for the price we paid. The service was exceptional. The complimentary bubbly was a nice touch and Jolene was a great server and kept an eye on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I personally don't plan to be back to JOEY anytime soon.
Service was slow to start. A mix of different servers helping. Food was cold. Been to other Joeys locations and it’s never like this.
Could not dine here as when we arrived the restaurant advised that they had changed their policy and could not guarantee that they could accommodate a nut and tree nut allergy.
On arrival, we were nicely greeted with a glass of sparkling wine but that was the end of the good service. Once seated the service was extremely slow and our server was very dismissive. The food was good however after our meal was done, we tried to get our server's attention but we waited over 20 mins with our empty dishes. We would have wanted dessert and more drinks but it took so long for service that we just asked for the bill and left. It was not a good experience.
Good food, poor customer service. Our server was a little rude.
