Not the best experience overall. Service was very slow getting started -more than 10 min at the table before acknowledged. Server was nice. I have Celiac and confirmed with the restaurant before booking that I would be fine. Based on responses to specific questions, I booked. The menu does not properly identify GF items. I am really disappointed with our visit to JOEY Eaton Centre. First, when we arrived we were seated downstairs in a noisy area by the bar even though my reservation said "Upper Lounge" Seating person + waitress had no idea and seemed a little clueless, but the GM came over and apologized and offered us a table upstairs, which we took (because that is what we came for). Seated on time, food was excellent but our server was very short with the table and a bit demanding. No warm and fuzzy feeling

We were given a two-hour window when being seated for our reservation. Between the moment we sat down and when we received our food was over an hour. Service was inattentive and slow. The background music was too loud to carry on a conversation across the table. And the water in the bathroom was cold. Good food but very slow service which made us almost late for our show.
Dinks took 20 min to come after waiting 10 min for server; starter salads arrived with main course
Sadly, this was one of our favorite spots to go for a cute lunch after shopping at the Easton centre. We Order a bunch of sharable dishes…. Food was subpar, cold and service was slow and inconsistent
Waited almost an hour for our food. Time limit as we were going to the theatre
