Salmon was tasty and excellently prepared. A bigger portion would have been better, Chicken parm was a tad overcooked and the pasta was played as a blob, but tasty. In my adventure to the washrooms I saw that the kitchen expo was slammed. However can they fit so many cooks in that small space?
