We were at the restaurant after an afternoon theatre performance, so we were there during happy hour (3:00-6:00 pm). We ordered one of the Happy Hour specials, “burger and beer”. We discovered that the burger did not come with any sides which we had to order separately. Once our burgers arrived they were presented in a small side dish.., it was like it cost more for a regular size dish… not impressed. The burger tasted okay but the lack of presentation left a bad taste.
Ahi tuna salad is excellent. Sangria is too sweet. Friendly and helpful service.
Had a fantastic time at JOEY Eaton Centre – vibrant atmosphere, delicious food from salads to grilled entrees. Service was outstanding: Sarah, our server, was amazing and attentive. Isabella, the day manager, constantly checked on us. Lisa, the general manager, ensured a top-notch experience. Ended with a shared “thank you” dessert. Highly recommend – 5 stars!
Great food, drink, service and ambience. A little loud, but lively. My friend has a food allergy and the manager was attentive and accommodating in suggesting alternatives and coming up with a meal to suit her dietary restrictions. Very much appreciated.
