We booked a table for 8 for a birthday celebration, and Emma made the night truly unforgettable. As the manager, she went above and beyond—checking in throughout the evening and showing genuine enthusiasm, interest, and warmth to our entire table. Went for my dad's 50th birthday. Service was fantastic, food was great, cocktails were wonderful as well. They even gave my dad a complementary dessert. Will definitely be coming back.
We had a wonderful family meal at Joeys to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday. The ravioli, cod, and steak with miso mushrooms were all delicious- everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server Ada was a pleasure - friendly and accommodating. She picked up on the relaxed pace we preferred and provided great advice on the wine. The birthday boys also received a lovely birthday card from the staff and left full and happy.
The renovation is amazing! Love that the restaurant is now brighter with modern decor and a lively atmosphere. The service was excellent - attentive and friendly. We went for wine down Tuesday and enjoyed local Canadian wine from the Okanagan Valley with appetizers of Salmon Sushi and Chilli Chicken, both cooked to perfection. Excellent staff, great food. Not a fan of 5 oz and 8 oz wine. Should be 6 oz and 9 oz. Wine a little pricey.

The waitstaff was excellent. We were given complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival. It was excellent. Our waitress (Kianna?) was attentive and friendly. All other staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ask us how our evening was going. The newly renovated interior is beautiful. We sat in a booth as requested. I highly recommend going to Joey’s Kelowna for a great meal and warm atmosphere.
Truly appreciate the staff accommodating my request for a table close to the WC and out of the way of other customers as I’m on crutches. Joey is a favourite of mine and the food is always amazing and the staff in Kelowna rock just as the staff in Vancouver. Thanks for a great visit Kelowna Joey!
We had an excellent meal with great service. All 4 of us enjoyed our dinner. I had butter chicken, it was very tasty. The apple pie for dessert was delicious.
