Had to request service 15 minutes after being seated, think they forgot about us because other people later was served. They apologized and comped first drink which was nice, but service didn’t improve after at all. Food was good tho.
They did a wonderful job accommodating my celiac gluten allergy and also made my meal vegetarian!! It’s very difficult to get both needs met and they did a great job with a fabulous meal!! I didn’t get sick which means great care was taken in preparing my meal and I am very very grateful! Thank you!
Second time we were in Joey Kelowna in last month. Excellent food. Exceptional service. Luckily we had the same waitress and she is awesome! I had the Herb Crust Salmon and it was cooked to perfection! We have had wonderful food and experience at Joey Kelowna!!
My wife and come to Joey’s for our anniversary dinner every year. We both ordered the filet steak dinner. The cook on mine was supposed to be medium rare and I ended up with rare my wife’s dinner was cooked exactly to medium rare but her filet had sinew all through it. Not exactly what you expect when ordering a $40 plate.
