Had a disappointing experience with food on Mother’s Day. Sent an email to the manager and received a call back within a day from Brendan Gallager. He offered his apologies and then I received a gift certificate fromAnjali Arora . She also sent an email invitation to have a drink on the patio.. absolutely wonderful response from Joey’s customer service team!!
