Excellent food! The blackened chicken and sirloin were accompanied by cheese brocolini and bacon roasted potatoes which were super tasty! Would highly recommend for a special occasion too, as we were treated to chocolate brownies for our anniversary. A lovely surprise!

Sat on the patio, met the Maître D Sophia and was served by Brandon. Both were so sweet and very attentive to our table. Food and drinks were great!
There were two of us. We ordered a fish dish. It turned out there was only one left. The waiter suggested splitting the dish in two and serving it on two smaller plates. We thought that was a great idea. We had arrived that day from Europe. By the time we sat down at the table in the evening, it was almost nighttime according to our European day/night rhythm. Joey Rideau always has a good vibe and it's always busy. The servers are kind however; the overall service is slow and you need to flag staff down to ask for what you need.
My tuna club was perfection (the relish and crunchy onion rings were on point). My fiancée’s veggie burger was also really well done- the base was much more moist than your typical bean heavy veggie burger. The splurge on the Parmesan fries was worth it. We also appreciated how the restaurant had a nice selection of non-alcoholic options. We were greeted as we arrived by a complementary glass of sparkling “juice”. We really enjoyed this restaurant and would go back.
The food was excellent and plentiful. Good value for the price. Our server, Simmi was friendly and attentive, just every thing we could have asked for! Thank you.

I visited Joey Rideau last night for my anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint! Despite being so crowded, servers were thoughtful and engaging. The food was marvelous - a great mix of flavour combinations and I also appreciated the kitchen serving shared dishes in two separate plates- while maintaining presentation.
