Lovely ambience—choice to sit near the windows and city watch or in the quieter booths at the back. Food flavour was excellent although temperature could have been a tad warmer. Ravioli portion was reasonable but the plate used made them look lost in the sauce. Enough positives though that we would go again.
Really enjoyed the food. Keep going back for the lettuce wraps! Great service. Fresh food.
Everything was amazing down to the minute detail and service was impeccable.

Really great dinner! Our server was friendly and attentive despite how busy it was. We got the steak and a burger with fries — both were excellent! The GF lava cake was a game changer. They give you this non alcoholic sparkling wine when you come in and it’s delicious. I wish they sold it by the glass or bottle. We had a great time. Definitely recommend!

My friend and I enjoyed our evening at Joey. It was a Wednesday, so not too crowded and it was perfect for a reunion! I want to highlight our server, who very thoughtfully checked -without being asked- that dishes were or could be made vegan for my friend. I was very impressed by this.
Great food and atmosphere. We came with our grandchildren from Montreal to have a day in Ottawa and dine at Joeys which is their favorite restaurant (ours also). Greacen was our server and she was great and treated the kids like adults. Thank you Joeys

Another troubling experience at this location. Steak was cold. Fries cold. Wine list is really terrible. The wine by the glass selection is frankly shameful. This all wouldn't be so bad but Joey charges pricing at fine dining levels and fails to deliver.
Interesting fusion of food. Our menu included sliders + dumplings + sushi + cauliflower + chicken parm + spaghetti Strawberry spicy margarita was far too hot to drink. Had to ask for soda to water down. Should not have mixed all the foods. Not a good mix at one meal. Likely would not return. No hand soap in one of woman’s bathroom.
Reserved for the dining room and got put into the bar area which was not comfortable at all for a short, pregnant lady. Food quality and service are both going downhill in the past year or so. This used to be a consistent spot for when you wanted a step above Kelsey's but I don't think it'll be the go-to anymore.
