such a poorly run restaurant. answer your phone's once in a while. and maybe don't make a salad with rotten veggies.
Worst experience at a JOEY ever. Not child friendly. Took so long for any service, we had about 5 different servers, all of which were mediocre. The kids chicken fingers and fries was just a bowl of batter. No one seemed like they knew what was going on, won’t be coming back to this location. Really disappointing.

My girlfriend slipped on the ice outside of Joey's this evening. I went in to tell them and got told that it was the county's problem. Never asked if we wanted a table or anything. Someone will get hurt much worse then a scraped knee.
This was back in Oct of 2016 but it still bothers me to this day. Went there for the anniversary of my fathers passing. Told the waiter this when we came in when they asked the occasion. He took our order but we waited over an hour. He did not check up on us once but went to every table around us. Finally we had to get up and find a manager. Turns out they lost our order, no apology. My husband and I usually love the food and service that we receive. We come here for special occasions. We went to Joeys on July 18th for our anniversary. Our waitress was not very pleasant and we barely saw her. She took our order and came with our bill. Other staff members brought us our food. No one spoke to us and overall it was a real disappointment from what we are used to especially on our anniversary.
It's average. Small portions for large money. Flavorful food just not enough. Service was good.
