Dr. Lim is a very caring doctor. She was very caring and willing to take all the time needed to care for me. She was very thorough. All the referrals I needed were taken care of quickly. She also took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand. I really felt like she cared about my problems. Both the nurse and the front office were so helpful in getting everything set up. It is such a friendly and professional office. So glad to find a great doctor's office in Las Vegas.
Dr Lim and staff are great fast service very helpful. They are always there to answer my questions make me feel comfortable and heard and never a long wait. Clean office easy to get appointments great communication and response time anytime I need anything such as refills appointments etc
Staffs of these facility are very much worthed to be praised for a 5 Star rating. Their professionalism and the way they provides their assistance to their patients are way beyond 5 Star. Always have the best experience. I highly recommend them. They always go the extra mile for their patients, my doctor Johanna Lim is the best she stays on top of my care & needs & her staff is also the best. If your looking for a great doctor & staff this is the place to go to stay healthy!
Johanna Lim and her medical assistant are amazing. It was my first visit and I wasn’t feeling all that well. They were able to get me a same day appointment. Everyone from the front office to the back office were very professional and provided excellent care. The practice manager personally escorted me out and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my visit. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Exceptional service!!
