John, by far is the best mental health therapist I have ever seen. He gets to the core of my problems which includes anxiety (PTSD) and depression. I respect the fact that he Does not make you feel like a rush job, but takes time to listen and provide realistic goals and solutions. Thanks John
I am very happy with both my Psychiatrist, Lakia Davis and my Therapist, John Adegboye. They are both very professional and personable and I feel they both understand and hear me.
John A. is absolutely, hands down, one of THE BEST therapist I’ve ever had. He HEARS me. He takes the time to meet me where I am and patiently helps me work through my current state of mind emotions. He make you dig deep to do the work necessary to be well.

My recent session with John Adegboye was meant to be a fill in appointment as my Therapist was fully booked and could not see me for another few weeks. I was skeptical to see someone new as I had already built a rapport/relationship with amazing Claire Davis (Lifestance Health).
