At 20 i decided to get my breast done for my 21st bday. I wasn't able to get silicone due to my age. So saline it was. I had a tummy tuck, lipo to flanks and inner thighs and breast augmentation on Oct 9th, 2013 by Dr. John Burns. His staff pre-op, during and post-op have been extraordinary. Although I have developed some common complications, seroma and dwound separation on my TT incision, the recovery has been exactly as I expected and none of my complications are a result of Dr. burns' handiwork. Great breast implant surgeon! A friend recommended Dr. John Burns to me for breast implants and I'm so glad I chose him. He patiently explained all the options and I chose silicone implants to go from a small B to a C. I look great and couldn't be happier. He is a very nice, down to earth doctor who is great at breast augmenetations!!
