I feel great not taking Tylenol or any pain meds just daily vitamins, still sleeping sitting up and wearing my surgical bra 24/7 except when showering. They’re starting to drop and fluff out from the original boxy look. For stats I’m 5’4 125lbs the implants added about 2lbs to my weight. I’m very happy I went with the size Dr. Burns recommended I originally was going for a full C but he said the 450ccs would look perfect and they definitely do. I think I’ll be a full D after healing!
It's been almost three months since my surgery with Dr. Burns and I couldn't be happier with the body he gave me. It was worth coming all the way from Europe to see him. A year ago I had my implants removed with some fat transfer, which was only enough to stop my boobs from turning concave. But they were mostly loose skin, no volume. I didn't know my shape used to be this bad until I requested the pre-op pics. Dr. Burns is a miracle worker! The new scar around the areola could be mistaken with normal skin. It keeps getting better every day. The armpit lipo performed also helped improve the overall look. My right breast barely had any volume in the lower pole, it was pretty much just the nipple pointing downward. Not anymore!

I think Dr. Burns and his staff are great. Breast explant is a very scary journey of many unknowns. I never expected perfection but he got pretty darn close! After explant with fat transfer to my breast I was able to feel so cute with my natural small but beautifully shaped breast. I did have 3 very small areas that needed some touching up and a quick 10 minute in office visit and I’m good as new. From consultation to my first post-op appointment, my experience has been great. Dr. Burns is super nice and made me feel super comfortable. Lanie is AMAZING.
