I had back surgery in 2016,that’s when I first met Dr John Cho. Not only was in the pain management doctor in the or for that,he was also in the or with me when I had Major neck surgery. He has also been my doctor after 2 knee surgery’s. He listens and explains everything. He’s very understanding and try’s to help the best way he can. Dr. Cho helped reduce the pain in my elbow by giving me an injection, it helped me a lot and I can use my elbow much better now. Would recommend to anyone!
After several ball exercises and strength pulls, Dr. Chris worked on my back with a message and some stretching and I feel like I was 25 again. Over the past few months with Amanda, Victoria and the team on the floor working with me, I;m once again back to walking 3 miles a day in Cheesequake Park and feeling great. Thank you spine and wellness and wishing all of you a Happy and Healthy 2022.
