Working with John to get my loan was great. He was very thorough and efficient as well as prompt at getting back to me with any questions I had. He also put in a lot of time and effort to make sure we closed on time and was very accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend John!

He sent me a list of documents he needed and explained how to upload. Which didnt take long at all. He sent weekly updates on upcoming documents being sent my way. Also he was able to answer any questions i had with quick reaponses.

I had a lot of circumstances regarding my finances; it wasn't an easy process. But John handles everything very well and told me what to do the whole time. He constantly reassured me that everything was ok, and it was! John made the whole process SO easy for me.

I worked with John on a Refi and the overall experience being the middleman between myself and the lender was about as painful as it can be. He kept us in the loop with the process, timing and what would be required in advance so I had time to find documentation and not be the bottleneck in the process. It took a bit longer for a Refi than I was expecting but it was funded in less than 2 months.

Wonderful to deal with. Was very polite and patient with any questions we had. Transactions went very smoothly. It gets tedious having to fill out paperwork and turn all of it back in, but with the REI and HELOC we did with John Day, it felt like a breeze, was simple and fast. Pleasure to work with!

John was very helpful throughout the purchase process. He was quick in getting back to us in any matters related to our loan and he was very responsive in our inquiries. I referred John to one of my colleques and he was able to close the loan for her and her husband on their first home ontime and without any hickups.
