Thrre were several visits due to surgery on each eye and follow up visits. Had LASIK surgery about 15 years prior. Irrelevant now as cataract surgery replaces the lens’ rathrr we r then adjusting the organic lens’. Dr Diane explained everything very well, and the surgery was quick and comfortable. Had one eye done with LSL and one done with normal lens as only one eye had real vision problems.
My appt was to check my vision in anticipation of cataract surgery. I’m all in for when I will set an appt in the near future. Everyone at Discover was very cordial and helpful throughout the appt. Thank you everyone!
I met with Dr. Doane to discuss potential cataract surgery. He listened to my concerns with empathy. His professionalism was outstanding. Although I’m not quite ready for cataract surgery, Dr. Doane is the professional that I will stay in contact for my care. I would definitely recommend him.
Finding a highly qualified surgeon is of utmost importance when you have Fuch's Syndrome that slowly causes you to go blind. I was blessed to find Dr Doan in time to save my eyesight with corneal transplants in both of my eyes more than 10 years ago. He is a highly qualified expert in the field of corneal surgery, and is compassionate as well. In my opinion Dr Doan is the best in the Midwest! I did a lot of research to find the best surgeon, and was very fortunate to find Dr. Doan.
Just had cataract surgery with adjustable lenses put in. Dr. Doane and his staff have been great throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.
