Professional and experienced staff
Dr. Diane is excellent. I felt, even though he was rushed, that he took the time to take the necessary test to correct the problem with glasses rather than rushing into surgery. However, the office was running 45 minutes late. And the next appointment was more than two weeks out. Office staff did nothing to call folks and let them know. I have a 25 minute drive and rather than wait 1 hour and 20 minutes I could have utilized that time better. It made me feel like my time was worthless to the front desk. I was seen by Dr. Doane as a new patient for an eye exam. He was very kind and caring, as was his assistant Lindy. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr. Doane has been treating my daughter for the last 3 weeks as an accident with a dead tree limb that hit her in the eye. Pieces of it stuck in the eye. He and his team have been working on her almost daily, sometimes 2 and 3 times in the same day. He got all the tree limb pieces out but there is so much more, insuring no growth of bacteria or fungus from the tree limb, trying to save her full vision, managing her pain etc., He has been so kind, patient and his expertise in the cornea has proved to be immeasurable. I had cataract surgery and it went well-staff was great and I was out of surgery and on my way in 90 minutes! having my other eye done on August 5th.
I was losing my vision. Dr. Doane performed an operation that saved my sight.
