Oil change was great and they replaced a warranty item on my truck. I stood in the showroom for about 10 minutes no one approached me so I went out on my own to look at the Explorers walked around looking at them all still no one talked to me. My wife picked me up and we went and bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee instead.
