The service is great. Only takes about 30 minutes. Free drinks and cozy lounge. Overall a good experience.

Had a software recall. Ease of scheduling and check-in was good. Lounge area was staff by two personnel both of whom were very helpful. Nothing to do with this recall but every day our dash board reminds us Honda has FAILED to complete an update of the navigation system. It tells you to see dealer for update but itis not available from HONDA. Please fix this problem.
