Very clean, very safe and pleasurable to deal with. Our salesman (Calvin Mann) was the most patient person we have ever dealt with. Greg Strause also went above board by delivering our title to the dealership for us.
Everyone was amazing. Made leasing another new car very easy. The staff was all very friendly. The rental department was very friendly and very helpful.

I Live in Ellenton Florida and I came back to Ohio To trade in my CRV 2011 this is the third CRV that I had bought from John hinder and if I needed to you I would come back and buy the Fourth one
Great service! Got all the work I needed done and very quickly. They got the part installed and even gave me a car wash very appreciative. Also very nice waiting room.
Not sure that they fully inspected my van as they said. Everyone was friendly. Making an appointment would be better I feel like over a hour for an oil change and tire rotation with two kids waiting is too long.
Maintenance I have always received great service (Repairs or Sales) from this dealership. I have worked with many people over the years that have all provided quality customer service.
Jarrod was awesome! He's super friendly and charismatic. He was able to help me figure everything out with the car I wanted. Though I had to wait a bit for them to get the car prepped, Jarrod still provided a great experience.
The service personnel are professional and courteous, they answered all my questions. I would highly recommend your dealership to my friends and family. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at your dealership
