Unable to complete a recommended service. Explanation was that the necessary machine was not 'in house '
The "4 free oil changes" policy is confusing. We did finally get them in over a 24-month period, but not without explanations and conflicting info from Service as to when they should occur. We came close to having to pay for the 4th one when the service rep said the service manager was incorrect for what he had previously promised us. The job took close to an hour and a half, which seemed a little long. Disappointed the car wash was out of order. The waiting room and snacks, etc is nice.
In these trying times for purchasing a new car John Henderer Honda made the experience effortless. Ryan Rainier made the process so easy and stress free. He kept us well informed while waiting on the car to arrive at the dealer. We found all the staff to be professional and extremely friendly. Since we are a Honda family we will definitely return in the future.
