Due to recent accident repairs, tire damage and an oil change (included in the service package), I have had my 2021 Odyssey van in for service 4 times in the last two months. Each time, I have been checked in on time, notified promptly regarding the progress or status of the service and treated courteously during my visit. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
I was able to get an appointment the very next day when I explained that my hatch was stuck halfway between open and locked. When I arrived everyone was friendly. The phone call explaining what was wrong with the hatch and when my part would arrive was appreciated because when I returned to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle it was very busy. I had a short wait, but not over 10 minutes.
