Dr. John Kanitra and we, my wife and I met in the ER at St.Joes one Saturday he checked on my dead fistula on my right arm and said he could try an upper arm Fistula instead. After many months yesterday was my last surgery. A 2 time surgery turned out to be a 5 surgery stint cause my fistula got infected. He was there through it all coming to me at Pre-Op every time to reassure me he will do his best to get me healed up. Yesterday was the last day of the wound vac. My wound is closed now.
