Money maker only and Hippa violations!!!! My husband has been seeing Dr Lowry for years now! We loved him from the beginning however we have noticed that since changing owners there is no patient care and it’s just a transaction. there’s no appt reminders which can be frustrating when you book 3 months away you can forget. Recently mindpath changed how they did video visits and never let us know. Everytime we would wait 5-10 mins to wait for a phone call or a link to be sent in which Dr Lowry always did phone calls. I can relate to the frustration of being out of meds, but this prior review is totally unfair. There are appointment reminders, Both text and email. Yes, it sucks checking in 15 min early and waiting but that’s how any doctors office works, otherwise all the little 5 and 10 minutes wasted add up to missed appointments. Dr Lowry was great and it didn’t feel rushed or transactional at all. He seems to enjoy his job and try to lighten the mood with jokes (not overly so or unprofessional).
