I was coming to the Streator office under Dr. Chirban since 1997. I stayed with the same location after Dr. Chirban passed away in 2008 and was bought out by Dr. Conness. We've had regular dental care at this office for all these years. I've had 2 prior upper jaw surgeries, left jaw joint surgery, and several sinus surgeries which is in my patient record.
