I do not know where to start this from... I always knew that I had an abnormal looking ears because i was always made fun of or bullied due to shape of my ears and size. I am 30 years old... Dr. Hilinski and his staff were amazing throughout my entire experience. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and calm my nerves every step of the way. The result of my rhinoplasty was very natural, swelling was very minimal compared to what I was expecting. I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Hilinski is truly God sent to me! HE IS ONE OF THE BEST IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA/SAN DIEGO AREA! I did a revision rhino + septoplasty for my breathing. I always had issues with my nose, breathing, hated the way it looked like from a previous Dr. that actually BROKE my nose. Coming to Dr. Hilinski was the best decision, he gave me my dream nose. I appreciate him and recommend him to anyone who is willing to achieve a natural, and perfect nose job.
Dr. Hilinski is amazing! I have the best ears now! I can have updos! No more hiding them! And his staff is beyond nice! They are genuinely friendly their customer service skills are beyond reproach.

Honestly, i was amazed at how much better my nose looked less than a week after the scar revision surgery, even though i know months are needed for full healing. I appreciated the several appointments in preparation for the surgery. And i was grateful for the staff's warm professionalism during each contact. I am from New York State, my wife found Dr. Hilinski for me through an internet search, and i thank God we have been the beneficiaries of his good care.
