Excellent - would highly recommend. Office is professional, procedure went off without a hitch, staff make you feel at home.
Very diligent/proactive staff that is very knowledgable. The doctors are also personable and informative as well. I felt very comfortable with all the procedures and office visits. They also resolved issues with my insurance which I really appreciate.
My experience here at Dr. Hilinski's has been great. The staff is super nice and attentive. I immediately felt confident in choosing Dr. Hilinski because of his knowledge, experience, and patience. The procedure went smoothly and at 3 months my results are exactly what he promised me and better than I hoped for.
I am so happy with my new nose, my only regret is not doing it 10 years earlier! Dr. Hilinski and staff are wonderful consummate professionals. If I have to nitpick, I do wish the slight residual cartilage indentation at the very tip of my nose were not visible- but I have extremely thin skin, and it's only in certain light. Similarly, I had two residual bony bumps rasped down 11 months post-op, and I would have been happier without them, but that is just the reality you face with rhinoplasty. Very pleased with my results! My experience was as described. Procedure and recovery went very well. Staff was very responsive pre and post procedure. My experience with staff, the Dr. and team has been exceptional.
At almost 4 months postop, I am very satisfied with my results and things are still healing. Dr. Hilinski and his staff are very professional and the procedure went as expected.

I went to Dr. Hilinski in May 2019 for an earlobe revision due to sagging earlobes from excessive piercings. I could not have been happier with my decision ! I did a ton of research on surgeons who specialize in earlobe revision or wedge reduction and came across his name several times. This isnt a complicated surgery but I really wanted someone who knew / had experience with this. Dr . Hilinski and his staff are so professional and welcoming.
