We love Dr. Lane! My daughter has had to have a lot of work on her gums and Dr. Lane works so hard to make her as comfortable as possible. He has personally called to check on her several times after her procedures and the office staff is just as kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
If it were possible to make this a 500 stars, or more, rating...I would! It's hard to rate perfection. You are always greeted by the front desk staff as soon as you walk in the front door, and as a current patient, you are called by name. This is a sample of the personal service you will always receive by the entire staff of Dr. Lane. My experience was great. I was welcomed by Kathy and led to my chair. Kathy is very gentle and knowledgeable. I was impressed by her knowledge of my oral conditions. She had prepared well. My cleaning and scaling were done with explanations of each step. Suggestions were made for improvement in my care of my mouth. Dr. Lane examined my mouth and discussed his findings. An appointment for follow up was made. I received quality care all around.
I thought I had an abscess around my implants. Dr. Lane’s office was contacted and I was able to see him the next morning. He said I did have an infection and suggested using a lasar to clean it up. He was glad that I I caught the problem early —-he felt he could save my implants. I have had this procedure in another part of my mouth and because he is outstanding at what he does, it was successful. His office is very quiet and soothing. Dr. Lane always takes personal interest and explains everything with my dental health very clearly. His hygienists are the best I've seen. They take great pride in their work.
