John took something that felt like it would be tedious, and made the entire process really enjoyable. From start to finish he was professional, prompt, and answered all our questions. Wonderful experience. John’s prep meetings were so thorough. He patiently answered any questions we had and many we didn’t even know to ask. John was a awesome in the estate planning process. He is very personable, helpful and explains in a great simple way. He has a white board to draw out the designs!! Who does not love a good White Board session?? I would highly recommend John.
