LifeStance is an absolute nightmare across the board! Dr. McGraw is the second Dr. I’ve had to walk away from at this awful place. He seemed nice when I had my first appointment. After that, I called in four times in a row, because I needed my meds refilled, and ran out. I stressed to this woman who I talked to that I was feeling sick and lethargic, and nauseous from not having my pills, and this man never bothered to call them in! Very pleased with the convenience of the telehealth experience here. The operation has been very efficient with text reminders for appointments. Any direct interaction with the office staff has been polite and welcoming. And I’m extremely pleased with my provider—knowledgeable and extremely professional. If a prescription is required, my pharmacy informs me it’s been received within minutes.
The Lifestance portal makes everything so easy! My virtual visits are fast and convenient. Everyone is so nice and professional. Dr. John McGraw is the best!
Dr McGraw helped my relative and he’s not the problem. It’s Angie and the office manager that should be fired. All Angie cared about was reminding me that I would be charged 50 dollars if I canceled my appointment. She was so worried about the 50 dollars (if) I cancelled that she did not book my appointment. Their attitudes and greed are adding stress and anxiety to already fragile and stressed patients, which could be very dangerous for the patient. Dr. John McGraw has been one of the most patient and best doctors I have ever worked with. He’s worked with my medicine and well being with every meeting. I deal with substance abuse issues and would highly recommend him to anyone similar.
