Really excellent service. The plumber, Dustin, called and arrive right on time and got another plumber, Matt, to bring a new hot water heater right away after realizing ours was completely gone. They were so competent, polite, and efficient and even fixed a small problem they weren’t there for and discovering (and fixing) a bigger one that could have been a disaster. They are a little more expensive than some other alternatives, but are worth every penny and save you money in the long run.
We had a very smooth and efficient experience using John Nugents&Sons to install a new furnace and AC. The team were very professional and friendly, from the initial visit, right through to the installation. We also found their prices to be competitive. All in all, we were very happy and would recommend them to anyone considering a new furnace and AC instillation.
The Nugent plumber team arrived at my home on short notice, promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They did excellent work and communicated each step of the way.
