Really excellent service. The plumber, Dustin, called and arrive right on time and got another plumber, Matt, to bring a new hot water heater right away after realizing ours was completely gone. They were so competent, polite, and efficient and even fixed a small problem they weren’t there for and discovering (and fixing) a bigger one that could have been a disaster. They are a little more expensive than some other alternatives, but are worth every penny and save you money in the long run.
Nugent and Sons installer provided excellent and professional service in diagnosing and repairing an issue with our thermostat; he clearly explained the issue quickly fixed the problem.
This was a maintenance check for heating. First time I met Julio— he was very professional, Competent and efficient. I will be asking for Julio for all maintenance checks in the future.
