Great service. Urgent issue and they were able to arrive within 20 minutes. Needed new water heater and thankfully they had in stock and were able to install same day. Really appreciated Andrew being so thorough and answering all of my questions as well as staying late to complete the install. Would have been a long labor day weekend without hot water! Felt price competitive and did not upsell rather installed only what was needed. Thank you!
My experience was great from start to finish. I got multiple bids and chose John Owens because of their fair pricing, their knowledge, and the way they treated me from the very beginning. Even the office staff was so helpful when it was time for me to sign contracts and set up appointments. They installed both a new furnace and water heater for us on the same day and it was seamless. Every John Owen’s employee I met was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will definitely use them again.
Excellent service with an issue regarding my A/C that was installed by John Owens four years ago. I was able to get the service appointment the day after I called and John, the technician, was at my house on time/early and resolved the issue quickly. Good thing because a heat wave was on the way.
I’ve been measured in my thoughts about my experience so waited 2 weeks before reviewing. I expected to pay more for quick repair of water heater pilot light. Thermocouple failed night before and was able to get service by noon. Plumber was hesitant to only repair just pilot without removing control. Water heater is 22 years old and deemed at “end of life”. By touching control there would be no guarantee that replacement would leak. Sensing this was going down expensive path.
