My experience was great from start to finish. I got multiple bids and chose John Owens because of their fair pricing, their knowledge, and the way they treated me from the very beginning. Even the office staff was so helpful when it was time for me to sign contracts and set up appointments. They installed both a new furnace and water heater for us on the same day and it was seamless. Every John Owen’s employee I met was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

I’ve been measured in my thoughts about my experience so waited 2 weeks before reviewing. I expected to pay more for quick repair of water heater pilot light. Thermocouple failed night before and was able to get service by noon. Plumber was hesitant to only repair just pilot without removing control. Water heater is 22 years old and deemed at “end of life”. By touching control there would be no guarantee that replacement would leak. Sensing this was going down expensive path. I'd been considering a heat pump for several years and John Owens was the first place I called after receiving a mailer from them about energy rebates for this big investment. Scheduling was smooth, and their representative was so friendly and knowledgeable, explaining what was needed and how the system would work in my home. He or another staff person was always ready to answer my questions, without pressuring me. Their bid came in good time, along with explanations to it. I am very impressed by John Owen Services.

I just had the BEST customer service experience and service! My heat abruptly stopped working (very hard on me and my cats!). I called multiple vendors, all who could understandably not come out on the same day. When I called John Owens Services, their dispatcher was so kind to understand my predicament and somehow, she arranged for a serviceman to come same day! My experience with John Owns Services Inc. was excellent. My wife and I work in real estate and will be recommending them to anyone in the area. From start to finish they worked smooth and efficiently. From the estimate with Ray, who came out a day after I made the call.
