John was Normandy to do virtual visit. He did not have experience with the equipment necessary to do this type of visit. He was not prepared and was having problems as soon as the visit start. He did not know how to troubleshoot, gave up quickly and canceled the visit. You should hire someone with experience doing virtual visits.

John did not show up to the appointment. No one contacted me to let me know he wouldn't be available. In the past when I've tried to reschedule or let someone know I'm running late it takes half an hour before someone in the office answers the phone. Very unprofessional and I will not be using lifestance anymore

I can't say I'm happy with my experience with John Varghese, I had an initial session with him and it sounded like he was doubting what I was telling him about my situation.
