I was very happy to work with John. I had already been pre-approved by a bank but was hoping to get my preapproval edited. However, I could not get a hold of the bank. So, we reached out to John who had helped my other family members before and he was always so quick to reply and help us with whatever we need. I hope I can use his services again in the future!

I've worked with John for years, mortgages and refinances. This time I called him, he remembered me, worked up some numbers and we talked if it made sense to refinance - which it did. What I appreciate about John is he's honest, tells the truth, and gives good advice. I could have gotten the same rate in other places but nowhere near the same excellent service. I have worked with John Watson Guaranteed Rate more than once and I keep using him for mortgages because he is honest and I have built trust with him and his company, I have referred him to a few friends and would continue to do so because I appreciate his professionalism as well as the people who work in his office.

John Watson and his team have completed our second mortgage, this time a refi. The first time around was a short-sale that needed to be completed within 10 days. John is clear in his communications, responsive to questions and he and his team did another excellent job. I would recommend John and his team when purchasing or refinancing.

John and his team do wonderful work. He was able to help me secure a VA mortgage without issue and later refinance at a lower rate. Lending fees were nominal compared to other companies. He is my first call and referral to friends and family.
