I lost my keys on at a party on New Year's Eve and I called Johnny LockSmith and they sent me a guy who knew what he was doing and how to fix my problem. Usher (the handyman) knew I was in a hurry and was being very quick but knew what to do to help get my car running again. Thank you so much Johnny LockSmith and Usher!

If I could give no stars I would. On February 15th, I was locked out of my house and called Johny Locksmith. I asked the guy opening my door to open my house door instead of my car door since my keys were in the car, but I didn't want my car door bent. He assured me it would be fine and that they stand behind their work. However, they bent my entire door frame. A few weeks ago I had them put in a new deadbolt and a locking doorknob. The deadbolt needed a striker plate the locking doorknob had one however the bolt wouldn't engage it. The locksmith didn't put in striker plates, not even the one I already had. Now without the striker plates the locks are fairly useless. When I contacted this locksmith he claimed that replacing the striker plates wasn't possible. The lock on the knob also spins around before it finally locks and does the same thing to unlock.
