These cleaners took a new coat of mine and they damaged it significantly. All they are offering is to repair the lining which will take 3 weeks. No offer of a refund for the cleaning, no offer of a refund for the cost of this new coat. Appalling firm which is clearly trying to take advantage of its customers.

I dropped off a dress to be altered 10 days ago, I rang up on Saturday and was told it was on the way back to the store. The store are saying they haven't received the dress, surely it doesn't take almost a week for the store to receive it. I feel like I'm being fobbed off, and am concerned you may have lost my dress. Update... Dress is finally ready, was quoted £11, charged £21. Must be a tax for leaving a negative review. I'd still avoid

Thanks to Mel for the swift turnaround and great customer service. Fantastic! Very grateful and wonderful to have such a place in Alnwick with great staff.

What a superb service. I took my jacket to see if they could remove a considerable amount of emulsion paint that was on the sleeve. Julie, with a lot of effort and skill, over a number of days, removed it all. Great job and so helpful - she did a remarkable job. My jacket looks new.🤩

Very helpful. Advised on service I needed and cost/length of time. As other places had refused to help - cleaning for leather jacket - their knowledge was very refreshing
