I use the Hermes drop off at this shop. It has always been excellent. But if the shop is scheduled to open at 8.30am it should be open. Not closed, dark and with zero sign of life. I run my own business and time is crucial to me, so having to give up at 8.35am to be able to get home to take my child to school, still holding the package that HAS to go today, was very frustrating.
Went in to get a key cut to be told to come back in two days because they can’t do it. Two members of staff in the shop and clearly not trained to offer all the services
Had to get an urgent photo printed and Rachel was fantastic in helping me get exactly what I needed. Great customer service with a smile! :-)
