I sent my brand new suede jacket to this store for specialist dry cleaning as after wearing it once it had a small stain on the back. It came back completely destroyed, like a rag. It’s absolutely disgraceful. Photos show the after and before.
Jackie & the team at Shepherds Hill did a brilliant job getting some stubborn stains out from a pale pink jacket that had been unsuccessfully "cleaned" by a third party cleaner. I am really happy with the service and will recommend. Thanks Jackie.
I had a jacket dry cleaned and some buttons replaced. I needed it in a bit of a hurry, so the team pulled out the stops to get it done for me. Great service!
Told items would be ready in 1 week. Called after 8 days to be told I need to wait another week and I will be contacted. Called 10 days later to be told if you haven't even been contacted it's not ready. Told them to check as I had been waiting for more than double the time they then found the item and it was ready. I had my suit adjusted (in fortunately) and cleaned. After a quick measurement they had everything they needed. A few days later it was all done. I’m very pleased. I would absolutely recommend them. Thanks Alice and team!
