Claire is amazing. I mentioned that my partner would be wearing his jacket when we got married. When I collected it she had put a little “ enjoy your wedding “ sign on the suit cover. It's great that our local dry cleaners now cut keys. I was greeted and served by the manager Claire she was very polite and knowledgeable about her product. Very quick and easy and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend to all my friends.
Took my Barbour quilted jacket in for dry cleaning over 11 days ago and was told it would take maximum 1 week to clean and that I would receive a text to let me know when the coat is ready to be collected. When I hadn't heard anything 8 days later I called several times to no avail. Had a set of keys cut at Timpsons here, though they are in the same unit within Waitrose as Johnson's the Cleaners. On this occasion, being a Sunday, there was only one young man serving for both. He was chatty and did the job quickly & efficiently for us. Handy, as we were driving by anyway and remembered we might be able to get our keys cut here. Success!!
I have recently had my wedding dress cleaned here. Great service, very friendly staff. Under current circumstances my dress came back cleaned very quickly and all presented in a lovely box all wrapped up inside, perfect for storage when I get home.
