Alway been happy with the service I have received from this branch. The cloths come back great well presented and I have never had a complaints. Marcus has always been very pleasant and welcoming. But one complaint the shop is small and sometimes there is queue , I have had to wait upto 20 minutes to be served, when you can explain how good they are
The service here is simply wonderful! So friendly and easy going. I really appreciate them. The work is always great. And I have recently discovered that they do alterations and mending. Thank you!
Today was my first time using UPS services, and I had a great experience. The young man who assisted me was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and even helped me pack my items.
Brother —- from order of st. Gregory received my laundry at around 1230 today, and had it done, clean and returned to me at van brugh house hotel by the early evening! I can’t say enough about the kindness and efficient service received whilst traveling my first time in UK at Oxford. I use Johnson’s every week and I must say they do an amazing Job I have had so many stained pieces of clothing that they have basically restored and brought back to life !
